I finished my laptop last night, after about a month of sanding, filling, painting, sanding, painting, lots more sanding and some buffing it is finally complete! I think I did a pretty good job and the finish has a nice mirror like quality to it. So much so that you can read whats on the screen in the reflection of the palm rests.
